If you know someone in need Mothers' Union could help by providing or contributing to a break.

These breaks are not just for families or for caravan holidays by the sea. It could be a weekend bed and breakfast for grandparents or a retreat for an individual or even just a day trip for those unable to leave the home for longer. 

Breaks are available all year round not just for summer so please feel free to refer an applicant at any time.
